Responsibilities

• Improving UI and UX of existing Web3 integration interfaces

• Preparing and improving game UI and UX Hud and feature layouts

• Creating user personas and stories

• user research and product reviews

• Collaborating closely with our tech teams

• Building out a UI design system

• Design main website, landing pages, minting pages

• Brand book, whitepaper, marketing kit

• Manage iterative process through design sprints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI UX Designer, preferably in commercial projects with a research driven approach

• Strong knowledge of the product design process

• Sense of style, understanding of modern trends in web, mobile and graphic design

• Experience in creating concepts, wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes

• Experience with making UIs for mobile devices

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent personal organizational, familiarity with task-management tools such as Notion

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels

• Deep understanding of UX product research practices and how to bring user insights into design solutions (creating personas, user research, iterative design sprints, etc..)

Nice to have

• Pre-existing passion for & interest in the Web3 stack

• Familiar with HTML/CSS and styling tools (Chakra UI, Tailwind)

• Experience working on video game UIs & components (mobile, pc, or console)
