10 ASO specialists, 1 Project Manager, 1 Team Lead

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

-Development of the projects strategy and its adaptation by the development team with the team
-Making key process and team decisions
-Monitoring the implementation of plans
-Participation in the recruitment and onboarding process
-Sharing successful experience within your team and company
-Coordinate part of the team (5-15 people)
-Promotion of applications by keywords on various platforms + tracking / analysis of results
-Exploring different promotion tools
-Study / analysis of the target audience of each application.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

-2+ years of experience in ASO marketing
-1 year of experience in leadership positions
-Experience in building workflows
-Ability to set clear goals and focus on results
-Ability to motivate a team
-Experience working with a distributed team preferred
-The constant striving to improve the level in project management is welcomed
-Ability to speak fluently in Russian
-English from C1
-Experience in project management in Jira
-TK development
-Experience in search and analysis of keys, compilation of semantic kernels
