Creative AI Specialist

About the Role

They are looking for a Creative AI Specialist who is passionate about creativity, AI technologies, marketing, and design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the intersection of AI-driven creative production, performance marketing, and product thinking.

The person will work closely with a small collaborative team, supporting client-facing creative workflows and helping deliver high-performing visual content for marketing campaigns

Team - up 13 people (in the USA, Israel, Ukraine), including your future teammates (3 people)

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Create visual assets for CRM, email, and marketing campaigns

• Generate and optimize creative content using AI tools and modern workflows

• Work with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Support A/B testing and performance-focused creative optimization

• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients

• Participate in creative reviews, iterations, and campaign discussions

• Help respond to client requests and urgent updates when needed

• Learn and experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and automation processes

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in creative/design-related roles

• Experience with image generation and visual content creation

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visual skills

• High level of English communication skills

• Comfortable working directly with clients

• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn continuously

• Strong sense of responsibility, transparency, and flexibility

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Availability for evening collaboration with US-based clients

• Availability on Fridays is important
