ML Algorithm Developer

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and at the same time the team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw. 

Join Vivid Games' Bidlogic team in order to work as an ML Engineer on a new product focused on the optimization of the advertising monetization process. This role involves developing algorithms, using ML methods and tools while working on business data as well as creating automation procedures, all of which have a direct impact on the advertising performance of mobile applications. Your domain expertise in the areas of algorithms, machine learning, and data structures, will play a key role in creating the architecture of our optimization system.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Developing and optimizing the algorithms managing the advertising bidding process to improve mobile apps’ revenue,

• Applying machine learning methods to improve the effectiveness of the optimization algorithms,

• Analyzing advertising performance data,

• Transferring algorithms' pseudocode into Python scripts.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 2+ years experience in a role including algorithm development/ML/data science,

• Analytical thinking and ability to formulate clear conclusions based on business data,

• Python skills that allow implementing algorithms incl. ML methods,

• Knowledge of algorithms’ efficiency evaluation and improvement methods,

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and MySQL,

• Experience in building ML models and deploying them to production,

• Experience building data processing pipelines both for development and production use

• Good communication skills in oral and written English (at least B2).
