We are TINYSOFT, an indie game studio based in Brno, that produces a variety of mobile games. You might be familiar with Magic War Legends, or the worldwide blockbuster Tic Tac Toe glow. We're growing at over 100% every year, we have over 200 million downloads and we are making a real impact on millions of gamers around the world. Our team has more than 10 years of experience in the mobile industry and is formed by 20+ skilled developers from around the world and would like to expand our crew.

Розмір і структура команди?

Our team is contain from 20 skilled developers, game designers, graphic designers and also marketers.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Optimize and push our campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Unity,...)

• Analyze campaign performance and marketing spending (you will work with ROI, LTV,...)

• Manage 12+ miles of campaigns with the team. CZK monthly budget (campaigns for the whole world)

• Implement and evaluate A/B tests (in user acquisition and mediation)

• Analyze competitors

• Come up with new ideas to help the company grow

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Basic experience with Facebook or Google Ads campaigns

• Analytical thinking as well as a creative approach to problem-solving

• English at least at a basic level

• Czech or Slovakian language required
