Senior Producer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for a Senior Producer. You will work closely with external studios and internal stakeholders, helping shape mobile game projects from prototype validation to scaling.

This role is highly product-oriented and requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive fast decisions in a publishing environment.

Our client is a publisher of hybrid-casual and midcore games, their team helps game developers quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Participate in the development and launch of mobile game projects (from prototype to scaling);

• Review builds: regular project play, analysis and formulation of constructive product feedback;

• Support product decisions and participate in discussions around project development, features and hypotheses;

• Monitor project status, including deadlines, development progress, risks and quality of execution;

• Participation in the search and evaluation of new game projects and external teams;

• Collection and structuring of project information to support publishing and product decision-making;

• Drive regular communication with external studios: sync meetings, progress discussions and next steps alignment;

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (producers, product, marketing) to support project growth and launches.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 5+ years of experience in gamedev (product / producer / game design / liveops / publishing roles);

• Experience contributing to the launch and growth of successful mobile game projects;

• Strong understanding of the hybrid-casual and mid-core mobile games market;

• Ability to analyze game mechanics and provide clear, structured product feedback;

• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments;

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, analysts, etc.);

• Strong understanding of product metrics, retention and monetization drivers;

• Experience influencing product decisions and game performance;

• Ability to independently lead communication with external teams and studios;

• English level sufficient for professional communication.
