На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• This is a work from home position.

• Work well with limited supervision.

• Provide warranty phone support.

• Troubleshooting customer’s computers functionality.

• Troubleshooting gaming system hardware.

• Creating return and replacement orders.

• Provide end user instruction on how to repair and diagnose.

• Familiar with current technology and able to make recommendations for upgrades.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 1 year of experience troubleshooting

• HS diploma required

• 6+ months of customer service experience

• Certification in A+ Microsoft or relative computer experience

• Previous call center experience is a plus

• Experience with tech products such as computer components, desktop/laptop computers, video games/consoles and consumer electronics.

• A successful track record working in a high-volume environment

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic, HTTPS web traffic, VPN traffc using a hard-wire Ethernet speed.

• A smart phone that can install soft token for multi-factor authentication
