2D Animator

We’re looking for a talented, experienced and skilled 2D Animator to join a game project built in Lviv, Ukraine.

Role Description

Responsible for creating production ready animation for game props, characters, and narrative sequences in a range of styles. Produce storyboards and rough mocks as a part of proposing and visualizing animation ideas. Able to achieve animations through the use of drawings. Following established guidelines, you will take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design/concept and mockup animations in addition to creating final animations

• Full ownership of smaller project/tasks from inception to completion

• Works collaboratively on larger projects with other team members

• Works within general guidelines

• Contribute to team brainstorms and ideation

• Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned activities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Independent thinker capable of tackling creative challenges

• Adept at animation software packages and internal tools

• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Spine Software

• Demonstrated range of animation tasks including but not limited to characters, props, FX, and UI

• Familiar with production pipeline and animations role within

• Has an appropriate understanding of the industry and the markets we serve

• Committed and Curious; eager and willing to learn from peers and leaders to enhance performance and expand job knowledge.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in gaming/casino industry;

• Experience working on Spine Software

• Animation technical experience with proprietary tools

• An online or PDF portfolio of your work
