You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our visual content is aligned with the marketing strategy and resonates with our target audience.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create engaging 2D marketing assets, including banners, icons and screenshots for app stores, social media, and other digital platforms.

• Create graphic assets ready for further animation (characters, objects, environment).

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the project.

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.

• Collaborate closely with motion designers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective visual storytelling.

• Optimize graphic materials for quality and visibility on various platforms.

• Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.

• Contribute to building the team's working pipelines and processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a 2D Marketing Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your marketing-related design projects.

• Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style.

• Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.

• Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, shapes, volume, and color.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant tools.

• Familiarity with creating designs optimized for various digital platforms.

• Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs.

• Understanding of the casual mobile games market and trends.

• Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.

• Fluency in English language.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of mobile game trends and best practices for app store optimization (ASO) is a plus.

• Experience in animation and video editing.

• Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya) for asset integration.

• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
