We are a real estate sales company, working with different technologies. This includes making Unreal Engine tools so the final client got a more comprehensive way of visiting unbuilt projects.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Collaborate with other artists to create interactive tools geared towards marketing real estate projects in Unreal Engine.

Work within Unreal Engine to help define pipelines and workflows and devise smart solutions to improve overall art quality while maintaining performance goals.

Work in UE on building new interfaces or updating existing UIs.

Work outside the engine with 2D and 3D, architecture, materials or general art tools.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Knowledge of lighting, post processing, material setup and general workflows within Unreal Engine.

• Knowledge of modeling tools, preferably Maya (or 3dsMax), and texturing and material generation (Substance) to ensure assets are imported and displayed correctly in the engine.

Extra qualifications:

• Knowledge of architecture or knowing how to interpret technical documentation in general would be an asset.

• Knowledge of REVIT is a plus.

• Knowledge of Blueprints programming would be a plus.

• Knowledge or experience in VR projects would be a plus.
