Assistant Product Manager

Plummy Games is on the lookout for an innovative and experienced Assistant Product Manager! As an Assistant Product Manager, you’ll be working with Liveops, creating new features and collaborating with teams across development and publishing to run content updates and production workflow successfully.

If you have a flair for managing product priorities and creating captivating and intuitive gameplay for mobile platforms, we want you on our team! You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our games on iOS and Android platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the design and development of new features for our casual mobile games.

• Maintain and improve Liveops through data-driven decisions and market research.

• Perform quality control on a timely basis. Review builds and new features and improve overall quality of the game.

• Take charge of creating and refining game design documents, feature specifications, and level designs.

• Lead and mentor a team of game designers.

• Ensure collaboration between various teams.

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in monetization, mobile game design and player engagement.

• Work in tandem with our UI/UX specialists, 2D artists, and animators to deliver a cohesive and immersive gaming experience.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging player and team feedback to refine game designs.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in mobile games industry

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Game Producer

• Result-oriented self-starter, who strives for maximum efficiency.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to convey ideas in a concise and effective way.

• Ability to learn fast and flexible outlook.

• Good understanding of the current mobile game market and its trends.

• Proven record of creating and operating successful titles.

• A deep understanding of game mechanics, system design, and content creation for mobile games.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, thriving in team environments.

• Proficiency in English, both in writing and verbal communication.

• Basic understanding of project management

• Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, or a related field
