For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Formulate the marketing strategy to drive business objectives.

• Establish and enhance the systematic and efficient operation of the marketing department.

• Organize professional development initiatives for the team, fostering the growth of new leaders.

• Effectively manage six-figure monthly budgets.

• Efficiently assess traffic, optimize it, conduct creative testing, and collaborate with freelancers.

• Develop a vision for handling new projects.

• Strategically develop Incent, Google Ads, Applovin, Ad Networks, and Playable Ads directions.

• Optimize the structure of the creative production department, evaluating its effectiveness.

• Explore innovations, optimize marketing processes, and identify growth opportunities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer in mobile marketing.

• Proven experience in managing marketing departments.

• Work experience with large budgets.

• Understanding of key metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Familiarity with fundamental approaches to traffic optimization.
