Chief Technology Officer

We are developing Riorise, an open-world mobile role-playing game.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer who will lead the technological development of the company, establish efficient development processes, and help take our game to the next level.

You will play a key part in defining and implementing the technical strategy, managing the product architecture, optimizing infrastructure, and coordinating the work of development, DevOps, and QA teams

Your Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy, project architecture, and technologies to ensure scalability and game stability.

• Work with the DevOps team to establish CI/CD pipelines, optimize infrastructure processes, and improve server stability and scalability.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the infrastructure.

• Lead, organize, and mentor the development, DevOps, and QA teams (23 people).

• Manage the company’s technical budget, including infrastructure, licensing, software, and hiring expenses.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural specifications, and development standards.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a CTO in the gaming industry.

• Strong technical background: experience with complex Unity projects and extensive programming expertise.

• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps tools, and methodologies.

• Experience in building development processes from scratch.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to make long-term technical decisions.
