Due to the business expansion, we are looking for a Creative Lead to join our Marketing Team.

What are you working on?
  • The name of the project(s): Shave & Stuff, Pets & Stuff, Hide The Corpse, Shop & Stuff, upcoming internal and external VR titles
  • At what stage of the project(s)? Released, Early-access
  • Genres: Simulation, Casual
  • Platforms: VR, Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Lead the creative direction of video content for our games across multiple social media platforms

  • Lead the production of design assets for the store pages of our titles (key art, screenshots, logos, trailers)

  • Manage content production/marketing design teams

  • Manage creator campaigns: request and oversee creator-driven content to ensure the outcome is aligned with our goals

  • Manage communications with external marketing agencies

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy

  • Ensure cross communication between Marketing and Product departments

  • Be involved in hands on creative production of marketing assets for social media and store page management

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant areas of Marketing within the gaming industry

  • Proven experience in growing social media accounts through organic content creation

  • Experience managing and optimizing store page assets

  • Leadership - Ability to lead the department, create and share the vision for creative production, structure and oversee work from the team

  • Multitasking - Ability to work on and oversee several projects simultaneously

  • Communication skill - Ability to communicate in fluid verbal and written English

  • Analytical mindset - Ability to analyze performance of marketing assets and draw conclusions and action points from metrics.

  • Result-driven and resilient mindset, prioritizing company and department goals and willing to test new hypotheses in an ongoing basis
