What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Star Merge
• At what stage of the project(s)? Soft-launch
• Genres: Adventure, Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behavior.

• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, game designers, and programmers, to provide data for more accurate decisions

• Design and run A/B tests to maximize KPIs.

• Track and report the product performance from release to release.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a product data analyst in mobile gaming

• Practical experience with BI analytical tools

• Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.)

• Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact

• We speak Ro/Ru in our day-to-day interactions but keep English as the base written documentation language

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Natural tendency to be curious and creative

• Strong passion for gaming!
