For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities:

• Crafting comprehensive documentation detailing all aspects of the gameplay, including game mechanics, bonus systems, rules, storyline, and characters. This entails creating technical specifications for developers and artists, as well as guides for testers. Ensuring that the documentation is clear, structured, and accessible to all team members.

• Developing and rapidly testing gameplay prototypes to evaluate their impact on the gaming experience and balance.

• Conducting in-depth analysis of game mathematics and researching user experience to optimize gaming concepts and mechanics.

• Continuously refining game projects based on analytical data, player feedback, and test results.

• Collaborating with various departments to create unique and engaging gaming content that meets the expectations and preferences of the target audience.

• Engaging in ongoing self-education and adaptation to new trends and industry changes to maintain a high level of quality and innovation in game development.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Professional skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years in slot game design. Proven track record of creating and launching slot games that achieve an average of 500 spins and a Total Bet of over 2 million per day.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams with developers, artists, analysts, and marketers to conceptualize and implement gaming projects.

• Proficient in design tools, deep understanding of creating engaging gaming content, knowledge of slot game development technologies, and the ability to apply these skills practically. 

• Experience in writing clear design documentation.

• Deep understanding of player behavior and the ability to utilize analytical data to enhance the gaming experience.

• Creative approach, attention to details, ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask, effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Enthusiasm to learn and grow, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, and readiness to apply new knowledge to improve design and gameplay.
