Senior Game Designer

Deadside is an open-world shooter that combines PvP and PvE elements. It is available on PC and consoles. We are currently expanding the team to speed up development and deliver updates faster.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Deadside

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analyze game systems from projects in similar genres;

• Balance game systems and mechanics (economy, crafting, item distribution, etc.);

• Design new game systems in collaboration with other game designers and fine-tune their balance;

• Conduct regular playtests and analyze the results;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer;

• Experience working on AA PC/console games is a must;

• A released multiplayer project in your portfolio;

• Solid knowledge of UE4;

• Experience balancing systems and mechanics, working with the in-game economy, and understanding mathematical analysis;

• Understanding and experience with complex multiplayer game systems, with the ability to prototype them;

• Hands-on experience with survival shooter games (DayZ, Scum, Rust);

• English level: Intermediate or higher;

Nice to have:

• Experience working on games in the Survival, FPS, Sandbox, or MMO genres;
