Game Producer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Game Producer for our client, a vibrant and rapidly expanding IT product company, which is developing AI-powered high-load B2B products. Their products have garnered significant recognition and are in high demand in the international market.

We invite you to join a team of NFT based iGaming solutions – instant crash game rich in features and mechanics that take gamification, multiplayer and loyalty to the next level. You will help the company to prioritize and generate new ideas and features, make revision and project assessment from a game development perspective.

What are you working on?

• At what stage of the project(s)? Already launched product

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Supervision and assistance in the development of company projects.

• Support and revision of the current product.

• Evaluation and monitoring of competitors, search for opportunities to improve the product.

• Close communication and developing effective integration flow with partners, clients and platform providers.

• Growth hacking and developing hypotheses based on data and user research.

• Regular interaction with other departments of the company and various specialists: designers, developers, testers, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager/ Game Producer, preferably in casual, hybrid-casual, hyper-casual or NFT games.

• Business mindset.

• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.

• Experience with game design. Understanding game design principles, ability to deconstruct game mechanics, core loops etc.

• Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about games and game industry

• Understanding the values of the Agile methodology. Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

• Expertise using data to synthesize information and make decisions.

• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English.
  
  Desirable:

• Experience in implementing projects with blockchain technology.

• Understanding of NFT-mechanics and mechanics of P2E-games.
