GL Developer (WoWS: Legends, mobile team)

Wargaming is looking for an experienced Python and GL Developer to work on World of Warships: Legends (mobile) in our brand-new Belgrade office.

World of Warships: Legends is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

The project is driven by a team of international developers who combine talent with their passion for video games, resulting in World of Warships: Legends being a favorite hobby for millions all around the globe with keeping its community ever-growing!

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): World of Warships: Legends
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Implement client-side game logic tasks

• Implement/support/port meta and core gameplay features

• Optimise existing systems both in terms of memory and performance

• Implement and improve mobile camera/input/touch system features

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of programming experience in Python

• C++ programming skills

• Experience in developing asynchronous/multithreaded applications

• Familiarity with databases, and message brokers

• Experience working with distributed systems

• Advanced Russian and intermediate English or higher

• Readiness to work in Belgrade office. We support with relocation
