Junior Influence Marketing Specialist

Now we are looking for an Influencer Junior Specialist who shares our passion for esports and the gaming community.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Collecting and analysing data on blogger database releases on a daily basis

• Search for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers, and create lists with them

• Understanding all the general processes of the IM-team and being able to use all the working tools

• Sending advertising materials to bloggers

• Send initial regular emails to new creators and write personalized follow-ups

• Support IM managers with influencer acquisitions

• Adjust the work of creators if they deviate from the specified brief by reports for IM team

• Enhance the quality and/or efficiency of processes within the IM team

• Writing reports with blogger errors in video-placement

• Participation in the team's creative brainstorming sessions

• Supervise micro-tasks and assignments upon request (for example: databases of bloggers, sending of emails, follow-ups, lists creation of some info)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Spoken and written English B1+

• Diligence

• Knowledge of the esports industry

• Experience in working with Word, Excel and Google sheets/docs

• Knowledge of typical formulas in Excel and Google sheets

• Readiness for routine work

• Fluent communication in English/Chinese/German/Polish/French/Portuguese/Spanish

• Passion for CS2

• Experience in running your own YouTube channel

• Understanding of YouTube algorithms
