Lead 2D Motion Designer

We're looking for a Lead 2D Motion Designer with experience in game creatives to lead the team of motion designers and create competitive and successful game ad videos.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Collaborating with the team of motion designers to create successful ad creatives, controlling the quality/quantity of ad videos.

• Leading and growing the team (mentoring, hiring, onboarding, regular reviews).

• Collaborating with the production, art, management, and other teams.

• Participating in all department processes, bringing experience and expertise to improve them.

• Regularly improving your and your team's awareness by researching the current trends in the game creatives market.

• Preparing guidelines, tutorials, and training sessions for the team and employees.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience making game creatives IS A MUST.

• Background as a Motion Designer/Lead Motion Designer.

• Portfolio.

• Animation principles know-how.

• Sense of style and rhythm.

• Understanding of composition, editing rules and techniques.

• Knowledge of both character and technical animation.

• Proficiency in AE, Adobe Photoshop, and Element 3D.

• Trend awareness, strong knowledge of the market of casual games and casual game ads (you are a player who knows genres and can analyze game mechanics).

• Understanding of the specifics of game creatives.

• Experience leading a team, strong soft skills and people management skills.

• Experience in task management and ability to give feedback.

• Systematic and analytical approach to solving creative tasks.

  
  Bonus skills:

• Ability to create setups and optimize the process of ad production. Ability to write expressions.

• Experience generating ideas/brainstorming.

• Knowledge of any additional software (3D/engines).

• Background in design/art or relevant education.
