                    We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players.
We're looking for a Lead Artist to join our R&D team and take the lead on the visual direction of a new hybrid-casual project. You'll manage a skilled team, refine art processes, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Working on projects in the hybrid-casual genre 
- Developing and supporting the visual component of the project 
- Building and managing the art department team (2-4 people) 
- Participating in the integration of processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the project's art department 
- Interacting closely with the project's product team 
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of work as a Lead Artist in game companies 
- Experience developing hybrid/hypercasual projects 
- Ability and willingness to work with your hands 
- Understanding of all aspects of 2D and 3D graphic production and the subsequent development phases 
- Active use of neural networks in the pipeline 
- Experience working with Unity and other game engines 
- Ability to look at artwork from both a game designer's and a player's perspective 
- Up-to-date portfolio

The selection process
