Lead Level Designer

Our client, Tactile Games is dedicated to making fun, character-driven games that challenge and delight their players. In addition to their successful existing titles Lily’s Garden and Penny and Flo, they are also working on a few exciting new products. Now to support them in this exciting journey, they are looking for a Lead Level Designer.

Are you an experienced level designer looking to gain more leadership experience? Do you often look into recent trends in the industry and you are passionate about data?  In this role, you will get an opportunity to mentor and help empower our talented level design team. Together, you will work on games that touch millions of players. 

The role reports directly to our Head of Product and is based in our Copenhagen studio.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead and mentor our level design team across different products

• Help create new exciting gameplay and mechanics for our puzzle game

• Contribute to creative discussions surrounding new features

• Look into metrics and nurture real-time feedback

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience working on a live match3 mobile game 

• Knowledge of game balancing and pacing

• Understanding and love for sharing level design concepts and ideas 
  Great if you also have

• Experience working with data driven design

• Experience using Unity 3D
