To amplify our reach and engage new audiences with innovative content, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with project goals

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts)

  • Manage contractors for creative and video production

  • Build strategies to grow organic audiences, achieving millions of views

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels

  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, product launches, and creative content

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative approaches

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams for cohesive strategies

  • Partner with influencers and other projects for collaborations and cross-promotions

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience managing social media accounts with over 500k followers

  • Experience in social media management for a physical product brand, e-commerce preferably

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning for social media

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze metrics and create detailed reports

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
