Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently seeking an experienced Lead Unity Developer for a new midcore MMO project. Our client is an award-winning mobile development game studio that delivers the best entertaining mobile games for over one million players.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Focus the team on current objectives. Assist in timely response to blocking stages from adjacent departments.

2. Organize collaboration with other departments (communication of information, motivation to adhere to pipelines and agreements, synchronization in the use of common tools).

3. Production communication with other departments: inform and motivate regarding work priorities necessary for developers' progress; conduct and organize communication to address complex issues; react to and convey signals about task progression along the common pipeline from other departments (e.g., readiness of documentation).

4. Organize work and team management (5-15 people).

5. Develop and implement project architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability of development, project support, and growth.

6. Maintain documentation and tools for team development: code styles, manuals, Unity project configuration, etc.

7. Ensure the formation of task pools, including estimating deadlines, task distribution, task execution oversight, and high-level acceptance of results.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of Unity development experience.

• Strong team management.

• Direct experience with iOS and Android development.

• Understanding of native plugins and working with native platforms (iOS, Android).

• Mobile platform optimization skills.

• Strong project architecture.

• Utilizing Photon Quantum and ECS.

  A plus would be:

  • Experience with ECS architecture.

  • Experience with networking code (UDP, TCP).
