As a Producer, you will lead the development of full cycle project, from pre-production to launch, and LiveOps afterward.
You are passionate by video games and you have a deep understanding of the game market. You are product-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills and deep business acumen.
Dynamic, dedicated and results-driven, you can work in fast-paced environment. You are accountable for the quality and the success of the game.
The Producer is the key person working closely with the Client, the Production Director and the Head of Production.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Product
Work with cross-functional teams to design and build engaging player experiences.
Help to define and document the vision of the game collaboratively with the Creative Lead.
Own and promote the vision of the game cross the Development Teams, internal and external Stakeholders.
Identify features value. Manage the Product Backlog, create Stories and define Acceptance Criteria.
Drive the game development based on KPIs and players feedback.
Management
Management of resources according to the given budget to ensure the optimal growth of the project.
Maintain a creative and collaborative environment.
Build and maintain team health, motivation and trust.
Ensure transparent and smooth communication with clients.
Understand clients expectations and find solutions to achieve the given mandate.
Coach the associate producers, support them in the resolution of complex problems and growing their knowledge.
Business
Ensure the optimal growth and profit of the project.
Forecast and manage budget reports on a regular basis.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
4 + years of experience in a producer (or similar) role.
4 + years of experience managing multiple cross-discipline teams.
4 + years of experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban).
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Strong organizational and communication skills
Solid track record of projects, at least 2 published games, successfully delivered (on-time/on budget);
