Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Product Manager for our client who produces engaging high-end casual mobile games. Founded by Peak Games veterans the company has a competitive team of professionals experienced in casual mobile games. Recently they have secured a $6 million investment for a new merge game.
The company has been working with a core team for more than ten years and is getting ready to find new members who will fit into the studio’s culture and working models.
As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the game is commercially successful. Working collaboratively with disciplines across development and publishing to run content updates and production workflow successfully.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Help define the long-term vision of the game and feature roadmap.
Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and core game loops.
See feature development from beta to launch, from post-launch analysis to ongoing optimization, to deliver best-in-class features that achieve KPI goals.
Being a part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and working closely with them to ensure the best results.
Measure the game’s results and use game data, industry data, BI team and internal tools to improve results.
Analyze competitors and market trends that can have an impact on the game’s success and be prepared to react to changes in the status quo.
Communicate to a diverse range of stakeholders the status of the game and its future plans.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Product management experience in a Casual or Resource Management genre.
You’re curious to find out what players like, how to improve their experience, what makes them stick around and what encourages them to spend money.
Existing projects published. Catch full product life-cycle.
Knowledge of English at least on the Upper-Intermediate level.
Data-driven approach. Analytics skills and experience.
Monetization&Live-Ops.
Game Design affiliation.
Very good planning skills. Reliable scheduling/ time management.
Critical thinking.
Working in a humble and open manner, with a willingness to both teach and learn from your colleagues.
