We are rapidly growing and are currently in search of a Product Manager / Producer!

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Shooter, Hyper-casual, Casual
• Platforms: iOS, Android, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Formulate the product backlog;

• Collaborate with the product team;

• Organize and support the feature development process from ideation to release;

• Conduct market analysis, study successful projects, track gaming industry trends, and search for promising solutions and mechanics;

• Formulate hypotheses based on data;

• Design and oversee the execution of A/B tests in collaboration with the development team;

• Analyze A/B test results and monitor key metrics in collaboration with the product analyst;

• Generate reports for stakeholders.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in launching and developing successful games (1M+ installs);

• 2+ years in the role of product manager / producer for a mobile game at release;

• Strong knowledge of the casual and puzzle mobile gaming market;

• Experience working with analytics, ability to process data and draw conclusions;

• Skills in conducting A/B tests;

• Team management experience;

• Proficiency in flexible development methodologies (Scrum, Agile);

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;

• Systematic thinking, ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of tasks;

• Proactive approach to work, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in product marketing.
