Obelisk studio is hiring Project Manager to work on an AAA project in our office located in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time position with relocation possibilities and bonuses.

Obelisk is the outsourcing unit and game studio, superior at creating assets for game, film and cinematics, high fidelity props and realistic characters.

We have expertise in working with independent developers through to AAA game titles and cinematics, such as Love, Death + Robots, Fallout 76, Cod: Vanguard, Sons of the Forest and many more. Displacement is a first-person action-horror game set in an alternative history of the near future. Mysterious and terrifying events occur at an isolated scientific station during a snowstorm.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage project development: gather and formalize requirements, create plans, monitor development pace and quality;

• Work with sprints;

• Establish, configure, and maintain internal processes within the studio for precise development planning and predictability;

• Conduct team meetings, plan, assign and monitor task execution, create follow-ups and reports;

• Participate in the hiring, adaptation, and development process of employees;

• Compilation of project documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in managing a game development team of at least 15 people in the role of Project Manager for more than two years;

• Experience in process setup and optimization;

• Experience in personnel development;

• Skills in planning, prioritization, delegation, and task assignment;

• Strong understanding of art and game design pipelines;

Would be a great advantage:

• English at or above Upper Intermediate level;

• Extensive gaming experience.
