Project Manager (FLIME by Gismart)

Now we are looking for Project Manager to strengthen our friendly and creative team!

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Instant Games for social networks
• Genres: Arcade, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: Mobile, Social, iOS, Android

Team size and structure?

~30 people (Instant Games team)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Conducting in-house gamedev projects with full immersion into the details of work performed;

• Planning, control and monitoring the project from initiation through the project life cycle and until it's full implementation on different platforms (Facebook, SnapChat, etc.)

• Providing a transparent work process (Asana, Confluence) for the stakeholders of directions;

• Maintaining product roadmaps;

• Team management by close cooperation with Leads;

• Interaction with the service departments of the company on the work necessary for publishing products (ASO, UA, QA, etc.);

• Time and risk management;

• Reporting (status for all products in operation based on the results of product launches).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager (gamedev sphere is preferable);

• Ability to drive and improve existing processes;

• Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously;

• Experience in product roadmaps and clear estimations;

• Flexible and experienced in change requests management;

• Experience in remote team management;

• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
