Lead QA Automation

In connection with the expansion of our team, we invite you to join our QA automation team with at least 2 years of experience in game development.

We are creating a multiplayer third-person shooter for PC and consoles in a sci-fi setting, with a focus on esports. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. We aim to create a AAA-level product capable of bringing innovation to the gaming industry. Learn more about our project at https://farcana.com.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Shooter
• Platforms: PC

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Ensure product quality;

• Write test cases and checklists;

• Interact with developers to address and test identified issues;

• Write documentation and establish QA pipeline.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Game experience in PC and console games;

• 2-4 years of experience as a tester (preferably on PC projects);

• Solid knowledge of testing theory and ability to apply this knowledge in practice;

• Ability to work with client-server applications;

• Leadership skills, ability to create short-term plans and roadmaps;

• Experience with Test Case Management Tools (ADO, JIRA, QASE);

• Multiplayer Game Testing (Auth, matchmaker, feature testing);

• Programming languages (Python / JavaScript);

• Experience in Automation Tool building and/or deployment.
  

Will be a plus:

• Web Services Testing (Authentication, CRUD, Negative scenarios);

• Knowledge SQL;

• Experience with Unreal Engine for at least 1 year.

Working schedule: Remote work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.
