What are you working on?

Team size and structure?
40+ people are working in the studio at the moment
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Coordinate internal and external QA resources to perform manual functional, regression, and certification testing;
Identify issues at the in-game/software system level, finding shortcuts and logging them into the tracker in a standard format;
Communicate and coordinate with other departments;
Implement new and effective testing methodologies;
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in a relevant position in GameDev;
Experience in commercial testing of PC/Console games;
Experience in compiling and maintaining a database of test cases on a project;
Gamer mindset and a background in a variety of genres;
English at Intermediate level and above;
Knowledge of bug-tracking software (Jira and Qase).
Will be a plus:
Experience with external QA resources;
Experience in running certification tests on consoles;
Experience with Unity and Git (sometimes you'll have to test from an editor);
Experience in testing multiplayer session and/or first-person sandbox games.
