Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.

• Conduct initial interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

• Establish and maintain recruitment standards to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Regularly review and analyze hiring data to identify potential improvement areas.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from candidates and team members into recruitment practices.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.

• A proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns.

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
