Senior 3d Artist

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for a Senior 3d Artist.

Our clients are successful studios with top notch games: f2p casual puzzles and simulators, PC/console shooters, MMO survivals, etc. Every candidate can find something interesting for himself or herself. 

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Role-playing, Strategy, Shooter, Casual, Arcade, Kids Games, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: Mobile, PC, iOS, Android, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create optimized game-ready assets for today´s standards.

• Create kit pieces for modular constructions.

• Flexibility to do organic sculpting and Hard surface modeling.

• Capacity to interpret a 2D concept and make a 3D version solving problems.

• Balance artistic aspects with technical constraints, maintaining quality and performance standards.

• Follow and respect the art direction guidelines.

• Stay up to date on best practices to keep up with the latest next-gen industry standards.

• Additional duties include assisting with content creation for game development and assisting with quality control of all products.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D Artist within the game development industry or closely related; 

• Experience with topology, materials, textures, proportion, and anatomy + animation and game limitations;

• Good-level proficiency with ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Suite, and/or other 3D software packages;

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or Unity; 

• A keen interest in playing games and game development beyond art
