Senior Product Manager (LiveOps)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Live-Ops team. This role will focus on optimizing game balance and economy, crafting a comprehensive Live-Ops strategy, and driving exceptional business KPIs (DAU, ARPU, LTV, etc.).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Redesign and optimize game balance and economy to meet monetization and retention goals.

• Develop and execute Live-Ops strategies, including in-game events, campaigns, and promotions.

• Analyze player behavior data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.

• Collaborate closely with analytics, design, and development teams to implement and test new features and mechanics.

• Set goals and track the achievement of KPIs (business metrics, engagement, monetization).

• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to implement best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Game Designer, or Live-Ops Manager in the mobile gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of game mechanics, economy design, and monetization strategies in mobile games.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing Live-Ops strategies.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and make decisions based on metrics.

• Experience with shooters or other highly engaging game genres is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.

• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
