We are a relatively small, tight-knit publishing team on the hunt for adventurous professionals who want to fill the world with better products that deliver fun and exciting gaming experiences. Our product portfolio includes both viral hyper-casual titles like Worm Out, Smash Legends, and Stone Age Survival, as well as smaller, cute indie projects like Among Water and Loverz.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

The primary goal of a Senior Product Owner is to maximize the business value of our gaming products, ensure their market fit, and drive long-term revenue growth bridging the gap between business goals and game development teams, ensuring that game features align with company objectives and resonate with the target audience.

This role includes overseeing multiple products, while prioritizing tasks based on business value, and making strategic decisions to enhance player engagement and monetization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product vision and strategic product planning

  • Feature prioritization, development and iteration

  • Player experience optimization

  • Cross-departmental collaboration

  • Monetization strategy planning

  • Market analysis and catering for players' feedback

  • Risk management

  • Stakeholder communication

  • And most importantly:

  • Team leadership coordination!

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What we'd expect from our dream candidate:

  • Ability to develop and communicate a long-term vision for multiple products.

  • Strong experience in defining product roadmaps, setting priorities, and managing backlogs.

  • In-depth understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to post-launch optimization.

  • Expertise in conducting market research and competitor analysis to ensure products are positioned for success.

  • Ability to analyze player feedback and behavior to drive product improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed product decisions.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methods used to measure product performance (e.g., user retention, ARPU, LTV).

  • Strong grasp of casual game design principles, mechanics, and user engagement strategies.

  • Expertise in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development cycles.

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and player psychology to shape products that resonate with the target audience.
