We are looking for a game designer to work on the Klondike Adventures project! We are looking for an experienced professional who loves games, plays games and makes games.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Participation in the development of the most important game, structural or instrumental features.
Experience in feature management as a Feature Owner.
Development of new and improvement of existing game mechanics.
Search and application of the best monetization and engagement practices of the mobile gaming market.
Improving key metrics, generating and testing hypotheses.
Setting up game balance.
Writing documentation that is clear and understandable to all project participants.
Maintaining the current state of the project's documentation.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 2 years of experience as a senior/middle game designer.
Good knowledge and understanding of the specifics of mobile games and audiences.
Knowledge of the mobile games market and good experience in various genres.
Knowledge of game mechanics, experience with game balance.
Skills in decomposing features and entire games, understanding the relationships in games.
Ability to prepare GD documentation.
Extensive gaming experience in the following genres: adventure, farm, simulator.
Experience with A/B tests.
Experience with product analytics and data-driven approach to solutions.
Systems thinking, ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of tasks.
Proactive approach to work, high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
