Senior Unity Developer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer for a new midcore MMO project. Our client is an award-winning mobile development game studio that delivers the best entertaining mobile games for over one million players.

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the game's core features, mechanics, and systems. This project takes place in the dynamic realm of online midcore gaming, and we are looking for someone who can embrace the challenges and innovations that come with it. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating a real-time network player interaction system.

• Implementing a combat system, including attacks, blocking, and special moves.

• Developing the behavior of NPCs, adapting them to network interactions.

• Working on game parameters, balancing difficulty, and modifying gameplay mechanics.

• Enhancement of business logic for an interactive environment

• Utilizing Photon Quantum and ECS.

• Creating a core infrastructure that enables game expansion without requiring radical code changes.

• Implementing a mechanism to add new game elements with minimal impact on the current functionality.

• Optimizing code and resources to ensure a smooth gaming experience and minimize network latency.

• Supporting the development team, providing technical assistance, and addressing issues that arise during and after the game's release

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of Unity development experience.

• Direct experience with iOS and Android development.

• Understanding of native plugins and working with native platforms (iOS, Android).

• Mobile platform optimization skills.
  

A plus would be:

• Experience with ECS architecture.

• Experience with networking code (UDP, TCP).
