Senior/Lead Game Designer

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer for one of our clients, an enthusiastic young, motivated and passionate team who share the goal of making the best online MMO Sandbox on mobile devices.

The company is working on an open-world mobile multiplayer online action game focusing on social interaction. They strive to create the best open-world gaming experience inspired by the GTA series.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): MMO, Sandbox
• At what stage of the project(s)? Open Beta, preparation for the Soft Launch

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Interaction with the product manager, art department and technical team on the implementation of features within pipelines.

• Participation in the development of game, structural or instrumental features within the framework of the studio and project.

• Development and implementation of mechanics and actions, followed by evaluation of changes.

• Control over the introduction of new features taking into account vision and key pillars of the project.

• Creation of project documentation and control of maintaining its current state.

• Planning, organization and control of the work of the team of game designers.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in leading a team, including in the conditions of remote work.

• Developed communication skills, the ability to convey your vision to the team.

• Experience in development and operation of mid-core f2p projects.

• Good knowledge of the f2p gaming market, understanding of current gaming trends and specifics of the mobile market.

• Extensive experience in writing project documentation, including visions, concepts and design documents.

Will be a plus

• Availability of successful mobile F2P products and work on them in the role of a leading game designer or designer of game mechanics.

• Experience working on projects in the genre of action, sandbox, open world.
