What kind of professional are we looking for?

The job of a UA Analyst at Udonis is to analyze data and communicate conclusions to relevant teams in a clear and concise manner. This includes:

• Preparing recurring reports on UA performance of marketing campaigns by game, network, etc.

• Assisting the UA team with campaign parameter recommendations

• Breaking down creative asset performance according to relevant KPIs, channels, etc.

• Communicating data analysis results in a clear and concise manner while delivering actionable insights 

• Identifying growth opportunities and driving innovation

What are the conditions and bonuses?

2 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with mobile performance marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, IronSource, UnityAds, Vungle, etc.

Strong analytical mind with an ability to analyze data, quickly draw conclusions, and take action

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Strong understanding of ad network bidding systems and algorithms

Strong understanding of ad metrics & KPIs

High attention to detail

Proficiency in the English language, both in speech and writing

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Availability in Central European Time
