Unity Tech Lead for AAA project

The company Program-Ace is looking for an experienced Unity Tech Lead for our client from Finland.

Program-Ace is an innovative company specializing in software development, particularly in the fields of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), games, and applications. We are leaders in our market segment and constantly seek talented professionals who want to join our team.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Large AAA game.
• At what stage of the project(s)? Project development from scratch, at the concept stage.
• Genres: Role-playing
• Platforms: PC

Team size and structure?

On the Program-Ace side, two employees, and a large team of about 100 specialists from the client’s side.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Team management and programming;

• Architectural planning;

• Gameplay core programming and mechanics development;

• Code review and optimization;

• Involvement in project fit assessment and planning;

• High level of responsibility and self-organization.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience;

• Ability to lead a team and experience working on console or PC projects (AAA games preferred);

• Mandatory experience in RPG/Action RPG development;

• Proficient in English (work in an English-speaking environment);

• Preferred location: Europe or Ukraine;

• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
