We are currently working on a number of innovative projects, each targeting a specific market and audience. To support our growth and expand our reach in the mobile gaming industry, we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager with a background in gamedev
What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Running user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms; 
- Analyzing campaign performance and building hypotheses based on data insights; 
- Managing advertising budgets of over $100,000; 
- Testing ad creatives and collaborating closely with the creative production team. 
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience running paid traffic campaigns for mobile games on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads; 
- At least 1 year of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in game development; 
- Understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, ROI, CPI, ARPU, ARPPU; 
- Familiarity with SKAN and the specifics of iOS traffic acquisition; 
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tenjin, etc.); 
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
