We’re seeking a Video Project Manager to take the lead on our marketing video production — from concept development and pre-production to shooting, editing, and final delivery. You’ll manage production crews and cast talent, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. This role requires a strong operational background, adaptability, and the leadership skills to deliver ambitious video campaigns across multiple platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing videos (ads, social media content, etc.)

  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, creatives, and editors to plan and execute high-impact video projects

  • Manage external freelancers and production teams to ensure deadlines, quality, and brand guidelines are met

  • Own the video production calendar and workflows — keeping all moving parts aligned

  • Review scripts, storyboards, and edits for consistency, messaging, and performance goals

  • Optimize video outputs for various platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, email campaigns, etc.)

  • Track video performance metrics and apply insights to future campaigns

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience managing video projects, preferably in marketing, eCommerce, or media

  • Strong understanding of video production processes — from pre- to post-production

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Experience working with creative teams, video editors, animators, and marketing stakeholders

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, performance creative, and video KPIs

  • A portfolio or reel that shows your track record of delivering effective video content

  • Bonus: Hands-on video editing or motion graphics knowledge is a plus
