About Dead Arisen

While Dead Arisen draws inspiration from the challenging combat and atmospheric storytelling of Souls-like games, it carves its own unique identity. The game combines precision-based combat with a rich narrative-driven experience. Players will step into the shoes of Elara Holloway, a healer-turned-heroine, who must navigate a world of dark magic, cursed rituals, and malevolent spirits to save the town of Salemwood from an ancient evil.

What You’ll Do:

• 3D Character & Environment Modeling – Sculpt, texture, and optimize high-quality characters, creatures, and environments.

• Rigging & Animation – Create fluid and dynamic animations for characters and creatures.

• World Building – Design immersive, atmospheric environments with a strong focus on storytelling and player experience.

• UE Integration – Implement assets into Unreal Engine, ensuring proper shading, lighting, and optimization.

• Technical Problem-Solving – Work closely with programmers and designers to resolve technical constraints and enhance asset performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in 3D art, preferably in game development.

• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.

• Strong understanding of rigging, animation, shaders, and PBR workflow.

• Experience in procedural world-building tools and modular asset creation is a plus.

• Ability to optimize assets for real-time performance without sacrificing quality.

• A passion for dark fantasy, horror aesthetics, and atmospheric storytelling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
