На какие задачи (обязанности)?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our gaming community, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Engage with players across various platforms, including social media, forums, and Discord, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive player retention, advocacy, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to gather player feedback and insights, providing valuable input for game improvements and updates.
- Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring compliance with our community guidelines and addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, gaming news, and Web3 advancements, allowing you to contribute to conversations surrounding the intersection of gaming and blockchain technology.
- Assist in organizing and promoting community events, competitions, and giveaways, fostering a sense of excitement and camaraderie among our player base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.

- Proven experience as a Community Manager within the gaming industry.
- Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities.
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts, including blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with community members on a personal level.
