Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are in search of a talented Concept Artist who is passionate about football to join our team dedicated to creating football player cards. Working closely with the Art Director, Game Designers and the entire team responsible for skin card creation, you will keep pace with industry news and trends. Your role involves conceiving new and innovative designs for skin cards, and contributing to AAA-level in-game content.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and present ideas (collecting references, creating mood boards, presentations, etc.) for various series of skin cards;

• Conceptualise skin card designs and integrate them into the interface template;

• Create a detailed brief for the final rendering of skin cards;

• Conduct art reviews of final works;

• Stay updated on trends within the football, sports, and game development industries.

• Proficiency in Photoshop;

• Proficiency in Illustrator;

• Clear understanding of design fundamentals;

• Developed sense of style, artistic taste;

• Awareness of trends and the ability to adapt them within project constraints;

• Ability to rapidly visualize your ideas or grasp the essence of others' ideas, adapt and visualize them;

• A team-player mindset;

• Ability to constructively accept criticism and justify your visual decisions;

• Basic understanding of football and sports in general;

• Ability to present your material and showcase how it will work on target screens.

Nice to Have:

• Deep understanding of trends in the sports/football industry;

• Being a football enthusiast with an understanding of the internal workings;

• Understanding the basics of marketing;

• Familiarity with the game development industry and experience in this field;

• Motion design skills;

• Marketing experience;

• Experience with 3D;

• Experience with Figma.
