We’re an independent video games developer and publisher. We work on both internal IPs as well as AAA projects with partners around the world. Some of the titles we've worked on are Torchlight 3, Final Fantasy XV, Street Fighter, and many more.
На какие задачи (обязанности)?
Manage day-to-day operations of a design team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved.
Oversee the creation and quality of art assets to best fit the design concepts for our digital projects.
Work with various teams to gather project requirements through discovery and envisioning processes.
Create user-centric visualizations for proposed technical solutions.
Support program managers & project managers in the estimation of project plans and timelines
Support pre-sales team in the creation of proposals, the scope of work estimating and planning new business pitches
Что для нас важно в человеке?
Excellent verbal presentation skills with the ability to lead conversations
Knowledge of real-time 3D technology, AR/VR
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong knowledge of design process and project management
Prior experience with game engines such as Unreal or Unity
