We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer with a strong background in casual F2P mobile games, someone ready to breathe new life into a long-running live product. You’ll take full ownership of the game’s strategy and direction while staying hands-on with the team and the product itself.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute a long-term growth strategy for an existing casual mobile game. Shape the product vision, set priorities, and drive results.

  • KPI Growth: Plan and deliver impactful content updates and gameplay features to improve key metrics — retention, engagement, and monetization.

  • Full Development Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end development process from concept to live operations, ensuring consistent quality and a strong delivery pace.

  • Quality & Resources: Balance creative ambition, production scope, and available resources. Identify risks early and drive timely solutions.

  • Team Leadership: Coordinate a cross-functional team of designers, developers, artists, analysts, and marketing professionals to achieve shared goals.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and player feedback to guide product improvements and ensure ongoing competitiveness.

  • People Management: Lead and mentor producers, designers, and other key specialists. Build and motivate a strong, high-performing team.

Какого профессионала ищем?
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years as a Producer, Product Manager, or similar role in mobile F2P game development, ideally within casual genres. Proven record managing successful live titles.

  • Portfolio: Experience launching and scaling commercially successful mobile games. Deep understanding of live-ops cycles and product evolution.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of current trends in the casual gaming market, player motivations, and top-performing mechanics.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Confident working with analytics and game metrics to inform decisions. Experience with A/B testing and player behavior analysis is a plus.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated success managing large, multidisciplinary teams. Skilled in resource planning, process optimization, and team development.

  • Strategic & Hands-On Balance: Ability to think big-picture while staying deeply involved in day-to-day product execution.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Capable of uniting teams around a shared vision.

  • Player Focus: Passion for games and empathy for players, understanding how to build experiences that resonate.

  • Language: English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

  • Bonus: Experience with Match-3 or puzzle mechanics, meta design, and monetization systems in casual games.
