Build systems for player retention, progression, and meta
Create specs for events and collaborate with other departments
Analyze player behavior and metrics, test hypotheses
Balance game economy and progression
Work closely with producers, analysts, and content teams
Какого профессионала ищем?
3+ years in LiveOps game design
Solid understanding of meta, economy, player motivation
Confident with data: forming hypotheses, interpreting metrics
Experience balancing events and in-game systems
Passion for mid/hardcore PvP games (CoD, Apex, Valorant, The Finals, etc.)
Great communication & teamwork skills
Nice to Have:Experience with PvP/FPS projects
Familiarity with mobile LiveOps
Worked on monetization, battle passes, seasonal content
Advanced Google Sheets / SQL skills
