About Us:

We are Farom Studio, an independent game studio creating projects for PC and consoles using Unreal Engine. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our team and grow into a key role in our production pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and tracking project tasks and timelines

Support daily operations and coordinate between teams (dev, art, QA)

Help maintain task boards, documentation, and project updates

Monitor deadlines and flag potential issues early

Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes/action items

Communicate clearly with internal teams and help keep things on track

Requirements:

6+ months experience as a coordinator, assistant PM, or intern in tech or game dev

Basic understanding of the game development process

Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other task management tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

English level: Intermediate or higher (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in game development (even student or indie projects)

Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine

Interest in games and the game industry
